Quit while you're ahead...

If you are a smoke, it's likely you've thought about quitting.
Likely you've even tried to quit - at least one or more times.
At some point you will make that one extra step that stops
you from lighting up ever again. It's starts with each time you
try.So I wish you smokers all the will in the world to try while
you can quit while you're ahead.Because eventually,smoking
can make you very sick..And it can lead to a premature death.
Quitting smoking at any age will always improve your health :)

I finally quit smoking in 2008 after my Mother got sick and died very quickly of lung cancer. That was a very real reality that our smoking can indeed cause serious or terminal health issues.I try not to preach to other - only encourage. That is the best way to help anyone.Just remind them they can do it when they're ready. So glad there are so many more people quitting or not even starting.
WE've come a long way !
